Martinhal Residences and the Martinhal Group have enjoyed a remarkable year, garnering multiple prestigious awards across both real estate and hospitality. This recognition underscores the group’s commitment to quality, innovation, and forward-thinking development.
At the European Property Awards 2024-2025, Martinhal Residences was honoured as the winner of Best Residential Development 20+ Units for Portugal. And, Martinhal Lisbon Oriente, received a 5-star award for New Hotel Construction and Design for Portugal and is now in the running for the coveted title of Best New Hotel Construction globally. Adding to these honours, Martinhal was just included among the Top 100 Luxury Real Estate Developers of 2024 by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Martinhal Residences.

Martinhal Sagres earned the highly respected Best Family Hotel at The Telegraph Hotel Awards, and Martinhal Hotels & Resorts was celebrated as Best Travel Brand at the Junior Design Awards. While Martinhal Quinta was the proud recipient of Best Mini-Moon at RSVP Wedding Awards.
Chitra Stern herself was recognised for her contributions to tourism and leadership, receiving the prized Medal of Merit for Tourism from the Portuguese Government and the title of Best Foreign Manager in Portugal by Executiva Magazine.
