Martinhal Residences opening date

Martinhal Residences is still very much on track regarding its opening date at the mid 2022, we would like to share our latest time release video with you. It is ideally located in the spacious neighbourhood of Parque das Nações with a new international school – the United Lisbon International School, the CUF private hospital, many open air parks, good connections for public transport and a short drive from the airport. Plus, it also has the added advantage of being close to the best stretch of water front along the Tagus River in Lisbon. The United Lisbon International School is opening in September 2020 and will be part of a wider innovative Education Hub.
Given that the Golden Visa for Lisbon is ending at the end of 2020, an investment to live in Lisbon has become even more valuable. There is immense value in living in the EU with great flight connections to the Americas, Africa, the rest of Europe as well as the Far East while basking in the sunshine of Europe’s trendiest city.
